Suno Helper Pro and Suno Flow are independent, unofficial tools and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Suno, Inc.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Suno Helper Pro or Suno Flow (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Service Description

The Service provides:

• AI-assisted lyrics, Style, and music-production planning in Suno Helper Pro
• Support for 17 genres, structures, endings, and additional options
• AI draft creation, review, and Suno Create input assistance in Suno Flow
• Server-configured or user-selected AI provider integration

3. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

• API Key Management: Securely manage, revoke, and replace any AI-provider API key entered in Suno Flow
• Lawful Use: Use generated lyrics for legal purposes only
• Copyright Respect: Do not infringe on others' copyrights
• No Abuse: No excessive requests or automated scripts

4. Intellectual Property

Generated Lyrics:

• The Service does not claim ownership of lyrics, Style, or drafts generated by the user.
• Rights and permitted uses for AI-generated output may vary under applicable law and the terms of the selected AI provider and Suno.
• The user is responsible for reviewing the final output and confirming lawful rights to use it.

Service Code and Algorithms:

• Suno Helper Pro's code, algorithms, and design are protected by copyright.
• Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification is prohibited.

5. Service Limitations and Suspension

Suno Helper Pro may limit or suspend service in the following cases:

• System maintenance and upgrades
• Legal requirements or government orders
• Terms of Service violations
• Technical issues

Suno Helper Pro is not liable for damages caused by service interruptions.

6. Rate Limiting

Free users are limited to 20 lyrics generations per hour. Excessive usage may result in temporary blocking.

7. Disclaimer

Suno Helper Pro is not responsible for:

• Generation Quality: Quality, accuracy, or suitability of AI-generated lyrics
• External Service Issues: Failures, errors, policy changes, or UI changes from the selected AI provider, Suno, or another third party
• Copyright Infringement: Copyright disputes arising from user-generated lyrics
• Data Loss: Loss of lyrics due to browser errors

8. Refund Policy

Suno Helper Pro and Suno Flow are currently provided free of charge. Separate payment and refund terms will be disclosed before any paid feature is introduced.

9. Terms Changes

These Terms may be changed without prior notice. Significant changes will be announced on our homepage.
